Rent terms

Land plots in the territory of special economic zones are provided to investors for long-term lease through an electronic online auction.

The starting price of a leased land plot put up for an electronic online auction in the Angren FEZ is 60.0 million soums per hectare (200 times the minimum base fare).

Annual rent - 30.0 million UZS per hectare (equal to the tax rate for non-agricultural land in the Tashkent region)

Land plots are leased to the winner of the auction:

- for enterprises with the participation of foreign investments for a period of up to 25 years (with the right to extend for one term under the contract)

- for enterprises with the participation of residents of Uzbekistan for up to 50 years.

840 million UZS/ha, annual rent - 84.0 million UZS/ha
