During discussion it was noted that SIZ "Angren" possesses high potential on development of the new productions based on deep processing of local raw materials, first of all hi-tech production. Proceeding from the concept of development of SIZ "Angren" and the developed priorities, in the territory of a special zone placement of the enterprises of electrotechnical, machine-building, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and petrochemical branches, and also productions on deep processing of fruit and vegetable products, production of modern construction materials is provided. For last period in the territory of SIZ implementation of 16 projects for the total amount of 224,8 mln. dollars from which 8 projects for the total amount more than 163,0 million US dollars are already realized, created about 840 new workplaces is begun. Start of such enterprises, as "Angren shakar" with an absolute share of the foreign capital, 1000 тн is carried out. per day, the Angren uvur Creeks unitary enterprise for production of copper pipes of various diameters which production is in great demand in the world market, ELG-NUR joint venture for production of energy saving lamps and others. On action it was especially noted that in the territory of SIZ "Angren" necessary conditions for business development, first of all - the developed infrastructure are created. Also participants were acquainted with the International center of logistics "Angren" which activity is also directed on creating favorable conditions for the enterprises which are carrying out foreign economic activity. At the same time participants of "a round table" noted need of activization of work on further attraction of investments into national economy, first of all, of direct foreign investments. Besides, during preparation for "a round table" a number of deputies of Committee on the international affairs and inter-parliamentary communications, headed by the vice-chairman of the specified Adilkhodzhayeva S. committee. with departure into place examined the work which is carried out by SIZ "Angren". Following the results of discussion the corresponding recommendations submitted on further improvement of system of protection of the rights of foreign investors, development of the national legislation in this sphere are developed.
