Chinese company expressed interest in investing in the Angren SEZ

On April 25, 2023, a meeting with the Chinese company “HuaXing Investment Development Group” was held at the Angren FEZ Directorate. During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of an investment project for the production of fuel oil by processing worn-out car tires in the territory of the “Angren” Free Economic Zone.

Recycling of automobile tires is extremely necessary, since, today, only 20% of obsolete tires are recycled. In one ton of car tires, there is about 700 kg of rubber, which is quite recyclable through the production of fuel, the manufacture of rubber products and building materials.
