"Ecover" LLC is considering the production of glass fiber on the territory of "Angren" FEZ

On August 17, 2021, an off-site meeting with representatives of “Ecover” LLC was held in the Akhangaran block of the Angren FEZ territory.

During the meeting, the representatives were acquainted with the investment attractiveness of the Angren FEZ and discussed the possibilities of implementing a project for the production of glass fiber and gypsum products from fiberglass (fiberglass gypsum) on the territory of the Angren FEZ.

Investors are planning to invest the amount of $19.0 million for the implementation of this project in two stages, as a result of which more than 300 new jobs will be created. The commissioning of the facility is planned for the 4th quarter of this year.
