From negotiations to practical work

The Ukrainian company "PlasmaTec" has previously expressed interest in implementing a project for the production of welding electrodes on the territory of the Angren Free Economic Zone. On January 21, 2022, a meeting was held at the Directorate of the Angren FEZ with representatives of the “PlasmaTec”, headed by the Deputy General Director, Mr. Maxim Mendus. During the meeting, the issues of optimal placement of the investment project were discussed taking into account the required infrastructure facilities.

“PlasmaTec” is recognized in the CIS as a leader in the production of high quality welding electrodes. More than 10 thousand tons of welding products are produced monthly from the assembly line. The company is also the only manufacturer of electrodes for stainless steels in the CIS. Today the company has three factories in Ukraine, Belarus and Uzbekistan.
