Japanese and Vietnamese company “Mareven Food Holdings” intends to create the largest production complex in the Angren FEZ

On September 27, 2022, the Directorate of the Angren FEZ held a meeting with the General Director of the holding's subsidiary in Kazakhstan, “Mareven Food Tyan-Shan” LLP, Mr. Bernard Vavrzhin. During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Directorate and the Holding on the implementation of the project for the construction of the Production and Logistics Complex in the Angren Free Economic Zone.

The project provides the creation of a new subsidiary, “Mareven Food Pamir”, with an investment of $125 million during 2023-2031 in organizing the production of instant pasta under the Rollton, Big-Bon brand, pasta using a special technology (egg, olive oil, rice), soft drinks, as well as dry and liquid sauces/mixtures, dry and canned vegetables using a special drying technology and pasteurization. As a result, over 800 new jobs will be created for the population of the Tashkent region.
