The Land Allocation Order for the Residents of “Angren” FEZ

The residents of the FEZ are placed primarily on the base of idle, empty buildings, structures and construction-in-process building, including state-owned buildings and in territories that have an existing engineering infrastructure.

  1. Submits an application for the provision of a land plot to the State Services Center in the appropriate form, either by mail or through a postal service or through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Single Portal of Free Economic Zones and Small Industrial Zones of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  2. Makes an advance payment in the amount of one minimum wage

Within 1 business day from the date of registration of the company as a resident of FEZ

  1. Send the application to the Architecture and Construction Department of the city (district) for document preparation regarding the selection of land plot.
  2. Send the application to the State company of Land Management of the district (city) to prepare documents on the selection of land plot for building the facilities, irrigation facilities, as well as engineering and road transport communications

  1. Prepare documents on land plot allotment and the draft of the city (district) Mayor’s decision regarding the land plot allotment.
  2. Send documents on land plot allotment to the Mayor of the city (district) for preparing a decision on the assignment of the land plot.

Mayor of the City (district)

Makes decision on land plot allotment and presents it to the State Company of Land Management to prepare documents on land assignment with showing its boundaries.

In 2 business days

Provides to the State Services Center the decision on land plot allotment with the following documents:

  • the report of assigning boundaries of the land plot;
  • the state registration certificate on the right to the land plot;
  • the documents on land allocation;
  • agreement signed by the Mayor of the district (city) on the use of the land plot, containing conditions of using the lands, indicating the cases of termination of the right to the land plot and other issues.

Within 1 business day

State Services Center

Notifies the investor about the decision made by the Mayor of the district (city) on land allocation, and about the payment, the applicant needs to pay for the work done on documents preparation regarding the selection and allocation of the land plot.

Within 1 hour from the moment of receiving the documents

Makes payment for the work done on document preparation regarding the selection and allocation of the land plot.

On the day of receiving the notification from State Services Center
